Our medical claims service includes electronic and paper claim filing, data entry, management of aging claims, mailing of statements on behalf of your practice, payments posting, appealing denials from insurance companies, and the preparation of monthly reports for you and your staff.

We also provide medical billing consulting if you have any questions about reimbursement from insurance companies. 

Medical Coding Services 

Our complete medical coding solutions include claims analysis, coding audits, and consultations. We analyze and update all CPT, ICD-9 and HCPCS codes.

PMCCS can provide coding services to primary care physicians and specialists. We also offer expert knowledge in modifier usage in order to increase reimbursement. Our medical coding services can be bundled with the billing services, or packaged separately for your individual needs.
